Virgin email problem, anyone else?

I lost access to one of my email addresses last night, the main one unfortunately.

I keep getting "bad username/password" on mailwasher and outlook express says much the same.
I've tried on the virgin homepage, but when I log in, and go to "mail" or "webmail" it just asks me to log in again and goes back to the homepage. I'm just going in a circle!

There's no service fault on the site, I can't ring them as I'm at work, just wondered if anyone else had the same problem.

VM's email is pretty poor, you should probably consider moving to something more reliable

I quite agree and have got a googlemail one, but haven't finished persuading everyone to use it.

Mine works fine ~ though as these guys have said I really recommend gmail

It's alright for some - I've had VM in since May and they still haven't given me the selfcare login details. Every time I call I get told that, "there has been a problem amalgamating our databases and the matter is with the IT tech guys". Three months later and I still get the same answer.

I use hotmail and my own domain e-mail but I want the selfcare login to access my account online.
