Don't want to buy a Jawbone bluetooth from ebay, where else?

Best price I've found is £60 from the CPW

They are not much cheaper on ebay anyway (about £50) & if anything goes wrong with it the chances of getting a 1 year warranty are slim & none.
Thats the Jawbone 1, is the 2 much different?
DD wants to get one for DH for his birthday in September, so looking for the best price.
