Hi
I see that Asda are selling the fugifilm A360 for £99.87 it also comes with a case and a 32mb xd memory card, can anyone tell me if this would be a good camera for a novice, and also is that a good price. It says it is 4.1 mega pixels.

If it's anything like the A303 (3.2mpix, and it looks similar) - yes and yes. I was initially disappointed with the plasticy 303 as the other Fuji's I've had were metal, but it's stood up well to 3 years travel and still goes in the bag as a back-up.0

Seems a good buy on the face of it,with a 3 opical zoom lens.
Will be an old model Fuji no longer do but good value all the same.

I have no personal experiance of that model but you may want to view the following review sites DPreview and Stevesdigicams for a lot more information. Note that these are american sites and there may be slight differences depending on which country the cameras are sold. i.e. memory card supplied etc.
I would also suggest that you buget for two sets of NiMh rechargable batteries and a charger as alkaline batteries won't last very long! Memory cards etc. are available at many places online but MyMemory is not a bad place to start and they give good service.

I have just seen that Jessops have a very similar model camera on offer for £89.89 online or £99.99 instore. This comes with a case, charger and rechargeable batteries. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
