Copies of paperwork to court - Three

See the district judge - Yes, very kind fatherly type, asked if I had taken advice and the main reason for my situation, and then signed the order and wished me well after all my personal difficulties - took about 10 mins

How accessed the court - Phoned got an appt in less than a week. arrived at 8.30 on the day for a 9.30 appt and was out and free by about 11.15

Court staff - Very helpful, kind, even offered tissues when I blubbed speaking the oath

When spoke to OR / IS - Phone interview following day, approx 45 mins as i had some complicated self employment issues

Further meeting with OR - he asked for info at the phone interview and by my choice I took them to his office rather than mailing. he was very kind, asked a few questions about the paperwork and wished me well for the rest of my life. all rvery reassuring and non-judgmental

Evidence - HE asked for bank statements and anything I thought was relevant to my self emplyment but I am anal by nature so everything was in a folder, cross referenced with explanatory notes LOL but it did save any further questions as I Gave him every piece of paper I had ever collected and all he could possibly ever have asked for other than the washing tags from inside my unmentionables :rotfl:

    Received EDREV/IPOQ - 5th Aug 08 6 mths to the day.
Didnt receive an IPA as income virtually equalled expenses

all like a bad dream now, wish I had done it so much sooner!
