Hi I wonder if you techies can help me.
I collect all my e-mails through windows live webmail. My hotmail accounts are downloading no problem. But when I try to download my yahoo emails I get a message that says
'the server you are connected to is using a security certificate that could not be verified.
the cerficicate's PN name does not match the passed value
Do you want to continue using this server?'
The first time I saw this I thought it would be okay as it is a yahoo server, but when I clicked 'yes' my screen froze and I have had no end of trouble getting my pc working normally again. But when I click 'no' of course I get a message saying I cannot send or receive yahoo e-mails as there is no secure server.
I can't be the only person to get this message. Can anyone throw any light on it?
Many thanks
AnneMarie

I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.
