Could anyone tell me the server information for the pop/smtp for the tiscali and lineone accounts.
Have looked on the tiscali website, but can't seem to find it.
Thanks

Thankyou Spud - spent a long time looking through the help, but unfortunately didn't manage to find that 'at a glance' guide which is exactly what I'm after.
Thanks againNow proud Mumto3 :j0 -
Have now got all details for the account set up. Have managed to get it to receive emails, but can't send.
This is the same for my tiscali and gmail accounts. Thought I had copied all the details correctly, so am at a lose what it is. Anyone have any ideas.
The gmail account does everything apart from send the test email.
The Tiscali one establishes connect and checks SMTP, but not Pop and test email.
Apologies for posting again, but getting quite frustrated now. ThanksNow proud Mumto3 :j0 -

You need to go through the account setup twice, you already have the Tiscali settings, click HERE to find a list of links to the settings for Googlemail, then chose the link according to your email client.
Double check your settings once you are done, as the two accounts will be different in respect of Port numbers and things like SSL.
As an aside when you send, make sure you select the appropriate "From" from the drop down box at the RH end of the from line.
I use Thunderbird so apologies if it doesn't exactly match what you have.Move along, nothing to see.0 -
