Can't enable my Javascript!!!!

Hi hope somebody can help. I am regular on facebook and enjoyed challenging my friends to games, however the other day I was having a clean up on my computer and have deleted some programmes. I must have deleted the one that allowed me to play the games by mistake. Now when I try to play them it tells me I need to update my flash player. I go through the process and it's successfull, however I still can't play them, I have tried to find out why and have been told to enable my javascript!! I not sure how to do this and have been on the Java website which says i have the right programme... but I still can't play!!!

Please help everybody is beating me at the games!!!

Uninstall the flash player, then use the removal tool (important!) http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157

and then reinstall flash from Adobe.com.
