    I should be ok then from what youve said and what ive read yea im in !!!! loads of debt but ive never thought i wouldnt be able to pay it back never got a loan thinking i know i cant pay it back and gambling wise theres not that much on there just the odd 50 every few months at the most thanks for the advice

    Bet Im Becoming A Pain Now So Ive Just Read Another Thread And My Thing Is The House We Have At The Mo Is In Joint Names And Has A Mortgage Along Witha Secured Loan And A Charging Order From A Previous Loan I Didnt Pay If We Both Went Br Would The Full Debt Dissapear We Not Bothered About The House

    Yes all that stuff would go into your bankruptcy providing both of you are going bankrupt.

    Becoming a pain? Not a chance. Most people on here have a acquired a lot of knowledge they've got no purpose for any more.

    Using it to speed up someone else's understanding is a bonus.

    Just had someone on the phone they can do the full thing for 1000 pund for me and the partner does anyone think its worth doing or do you think its easy enough to do alone? he seemed like a clever bloke than again though. Just wondered what people thought he would complete forms and things like that

    He is quoting you what he will charge for his services. IT WILL NOT include your court/BR fees. I will not permit you to pay anyone a penny for something you can do yourself.

    Why would you do that?

    CCCS bankruptcy section will guide you through the whole thing for free and will, probably, have more accumulated knowledge than an individual who has setup as a professional advisor.

    There is nothing worth paying for!
