Awfully sorry for delay - I've been offline since this.
Anyway...went back to BS, explained. Explained three times as they still kept asking for his phone number. Bloke in the queue behind us obviously got fed up. He stepped in and said (very slowly) 'he - doesn't - have - a - telephone - because - he - can't - hear - you!' and then (very loudly, to us) 'If they keep this up mate, sue 'em because it's disability discrimination!'.
One 2 minute telephone call to 'the team' and OH had his bank account!I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll
