i am looking for some advice please.

about 3 weeks ago my mother was due her delivery of a new fridge freezer as her old one is not working properly! and they said its waiting in the warehouse to be put into a van and be delivered last time.
anyway she still hasnt had delivery of it and they said it would be coming tomorrow, but tomorrow being a holiday we thought it probably wont so she contacted them again and they said no it wont be tomorrow!
so she is still stuck with a broken fridge and no idea of when her new one is due to come.

is there anything we can do to get them to hurry up, as this old fridge could be dangerous with making the fuse trip, if it didnt trip in time or something she could end up with a fire!

yeah i told her that but she said she cant afford to pay for it in one go and cant get credit anywhere!

has she looked at a local shop to see how much they are

Only thing i can advise is for her to ring and tell them the situation and see if they can put it on express delivery.

I always use the forum Whitegoods when I have a problem with appliances. You can ask them a question and they can often tell you how to fix it.,or if not they could give you advice on safety of using it,or otherwise.
