Right, think I might have sussed it.

I used the store finder and took the numbers from the address post code ie: nw12 4ty

It worked for me, good luck, hope it works for you too

I have a receipt and used the number as shown in the picture. 658 for S!!!!horpe but it did not accept it.

SORRY THE SITE WON'T ACCEPT THE PLACE NAME BECAUSE OF 4 LETTERS WHICH IT CONTAINS!! ITS MEANT TO BE SUNNY SCUNNY.

I am 506 but wont accept either. The Contact us for Empathica who are running the survey is .com, assuming this is US based. Have emailed them with this:-
I have tried to enter this UK based, B&Q competition , a survey based on my shopping experience to win an IPod. I have entered genuine till receipt details such as my store code which is '506' Isle of Wight, Newport UK. I am getting an error message stating that this is an invalid store code ????????? Obviously there is a problem but I would like to enter this competition which ends 31/01/2009. Please advise.
