Make one up... mine went through OK!

We shop in B & Q loads but can't be bothered digging out receipts.. should I have won though can hand them a mountain of them.. we have to keep all our receipts as a stipulation of my husbands bankruptcy

Well, I've made one up but no idea where the shop is! (just an idea, maybe they are after bigger stores not smaller ones - like my local one is, just a thought).
But it annoys me that I should have to make one up, I've got a pucka receipt with the right number on it so should have been able to use it!

Can't be that 'cos both my local stores are the huge Warehouse type

Will wait for tomorrow & call my Brother in Law who works for B&Q & get him to confirm the store number for me. If it's still not working I'll e-mail B&Q
