Pasta in SC- HELP!

Hi All,

Can I put pasta into my SC??? I have a job lot of yummy sauce in there at the mo and can tub up some for the freezer but wondered if I could put pasta into whats left?

If so, do I put it in cooked or not

I just put pasta in the slow cooker as it is but it cooks quite quickly - faster than meat dishes for example.

My experiments with pasta in a slow cooker weren't really a success. Since it's just a case of boiling the stuff up in water I just do it as needed now, stir it in at the last minute and serve up.

I cook the pasta and drain it, put it in tubs, then I add the sauce Ive cooked in the slowcooker. I wouldnt cook the pasta in the slowcooker. Also, this gives you a lot more room in your SC for cooking your yummy sauces.
