Sample Letter Templates

Hi All,

I do really appreciate all the help the like of Martin and everyone else here but I don't understand the following:

When writing to the bank to ask for the charges to be returned, one of the template letters says:

"I do not believe these charges reflect the true cost to [INSERT NAME OF BANK]of going into unauthorised overdraft."

Why does it mention only the unauthorised overdraft and not any other of the numerous charges. It implies I am only requesting the unauthorised overdraft charges, surely?

Well most of the charges are for going over your overdraft limit, having cheques, DDs etc bounce because you don't have funds etc etc etc.

You can alter the letter to include a variety of different charges if you wish.

Personally I just used the template as it stood and have had great success.
