Well you only have to read the comments on boffer's forum to see that most are not impressed with offer's like monkey-picked tea and think the site is heading downhill already. And i agree. I was impressed with their service with the freebies but they now seem more worried about trying to be funny than establishing a decent site with decent offers.

i know what you're saying, it just seems to me though, that even if they've driven away some of their existing customers, they've probably attracted at least as many new ones.

they certainly don't look like a company ready to eat humble pie and go down on their hands and knees and beg for forgiveness. quite the opposite. they seem to be revelling in the attention. they must be feeling self-confident for a reason.
