Where is the best or cheapest place to buy a LCD TV - and special offers?

This should really be posted in the "I wanna..." board.
However, IMHO I would be inclined to buy from John Lewis. This is because they will match the price of other "physical" shops (as opposed to web only outlets), but they also automatically give you a 5 year warranty with all TVs. They are also a reputable firm, and if you have problems, I believe they have a fairly good reputation for resolving them.

This site is all about audio-visual equipment, and the discussions there are a little more focused on these topics than here.

try https://www.ebuyer.com, some people have had issues with delivery but i regularly use them for :beer: small as well as very large (and expensive) items an di always get a good service

If I was going to buy a new tv i'd definitely have a look at digital-point.co.uk as I bought a dvd recorder from there recently and was very impressed with them
