Where is the best or cheapest place to buy a LCD TV - and special offers?

This should really be posted in the "I wanna..." board.
However, IMHO I would be inclined to buy from John Lewis. This is because they will match the price of other "physical" shops (as opposed to web only outlets), but they also automatically give you a 5 year warranty with all TVs. They are also a reputable firm, and if you have problems, I believe they have a fairly good reputation for resolving them.
You might want to try going to www.avforums.com
This site is all about audio-visual equipment, and the discussions there are a little more focused on these topics than here.0 -
