If you have ever been a civil servant or in the military or a government employee or belong to unison or amicus you can get a decent discount from their normal and keen rates.They aren't the cheapest every time.Civil servants need to join csma via csma website at nominal price.Others look at frizzell.co.uk website.
Like most online insurers they operate dual pricing.Cheap price for new customers and higher price for renewals.The way round that is to get a new quote on the the net but modify your address from say 5 to 5a by moving upstairs! Otherwise they will filter you out as an existing customer.
