 That's uncalled for.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Although the reason you gave for changing your post above is that people can't cope with swearing. That is not the case (or at least not the reason I responded) - it's the unnecessary personal attack on the OP.Mortgage: Was: £154,495 Oct 2039 Now: £80,748.41 May 2037Swagbucks ~ £205 (2024 ~ £395)Surveys ~ £207.94 (2024 ~ £280.14)Make £2025 in 2025 #5 ~ £1,406.55 ~ (2024 ~ £2,561.04)0 -

It was OTT mewbie. Sort of amusing but OTT for here maybe - up to you though.
I didn't even know there was an active moderator presence on our House Prices section until very recently when they've gently nudged you about some of your posts (unless you added the blue mod text yourself).0 -

OK Dopester. As you are one of the many posters I admire on here I accept what you are saying. It was OTT mewbie. Sort of amusing but OTT for here maybe - up to you though.

It was over the top, and I apologize to PickledPink, and anyone else who was offended by it.
ps. between you and me only Dopester, the blue mod text is entirely my own work. mod: Yeah that's what you say Mewbie, who's gonna believe that.0 -

Change the words of your post please. They are offensive to everybody - not just your target.
Cheers.

Probably due to the fact you keep hitting your elbows on your cardboard box,
With that little room bound to keep on spilling you food.:rotfl:0 -

There is only point in changing them if the following poster also changes the quote. Plus I do not want to be accused of removing something which has given offence, ie. hiding it away. If you can get purplevamp to remove the quote then I will edit my post.Gorgeous_George wrote: »mewbie

I am a little surprised by the reaction. I assume we are all adults, who know these words, and use them from time to time. So it does seem a bit... how can I put this... up yourself.. to be banging on about a few pretty low level swear words.
I am sure we all know much worse like c mod: absolutely last warning now Mewbie

The forum is open to my children. I do not swear in front of women and children. You don't know who is reading this - maybe your mum and grandmother?
