hi all
just deleted a video on my mobile by mistake
has it gone for good or is their a way to retrieve it

Depends if it was on the mobile's memory or a memory stick.

If it's a memory stick, there's a chance you can recover it.
If you have a USB cable for the phone, and when you plug it in you get a drive letter (like with a usb pen) then you could download Recuva (http://www.recuva.com/) and search the phone's drive letter for deleted files. The important thing in the meantime is to not access the phones memory card or write anything else to it until you've done the recovery... you could overwrite what's left of the salvagable data.

Alternatively you could put the phone's memory card in a card reader if you have one, and do pretty much the same thing with Recuva.

If the video was on the phone's memory, I have no idea if there's a way to salvage it.
