Kaupthing edge

Hi
When I pay-in to my deposit account with Kaupthing Edge from my Barclay's current account and I,ve already filled in the sort code and my account number; what than should I put in the reference box?

As I have not other number left I,m at a lose how to fill this box.

Anything you like !

Generally you only need to use the reference box when you are paying account numbers such as 00000000 or when you have a separate customer number which needs to be used. With KE you don't.

The trouble is that Barclay's won't let me continue until I put something in that box.

Then put your name or date or . or - or 1 etc.

A&L also insist on something so I put a .

Yea I too have a K/E ccount and needed to put something in, I placed my Name in The reference.
Any money that has transferred has done so without a hitch.
