Aigo mp4 E868 help needed urgently please!

Hi,

I have bought my son one of these mp4 players and at first it seemed to work but now it takes about 10 mins to turn on and then says there is no memory or songs on it.

it basically doesnt let you do anything, the songs that were on it are gone but where has the memory gone??

Does anyone know of anything I can download like firmware to sort this??

Please note that they could take ages to get back to you... it was more than a month for me.

My Mandarin isn't the best but 下载 means download... although following that link gives a list of downloads for other players, but none for this one.
