Lanzarote Transfers/Taxi

Hi
Holiday booked to Costa Teguise, Lanzarote in September. Does anyone know how much a taxi from the airport to Costa Teguise would be.
Thank you

Reese

Around 12 to 15 euros, dependant upon what part of CT you are in. have fun - it's a lovely little town.

We're there on Tuesday evening to see some friends and some clients.

Yell if you want any ideas of places to go, bars to enjoy etc - just let us know what kind of things you like doing.

Thanks very much for your reply.

We are a couple in our late 30's with no children. Just fancy a chilled out holiday in warm climate cos of the rubbish summer we have had here.
We are staying for a week in the Lanzarote Bay Hotel. We are there on an All Inclusive basis so it is unlikely that we will be eating out that much unless the food is rubbish (but I hope it isn't). Can you recommend any bars around there.

Also fancy a couple of days out - what do you recommend?

    Cheers

Obviously depends what you like doing but it's only a small island [roughly 30 miles long by 15 wide] so if you hire a car for a couple of days you can see most of the tourist attractions and other resorts quite easily. We haven't been for a couple of years but used ANTHON rent a car regularly as they were cheapest with decent motors, for a couple of days though you may be better booking locally when you get there.

There are a list of tours HERE but TBH you can do the same itinerary at a fraction of the cost in your own time with a hire car. There are also some more attractions listed HERE.

    HTH & Enjoy.

EDIT to add: Don't know whether Elle can confirm whether it is still the case, but if you arrive on a Thursday [main Brit flight day] Taxis at the airport can be a 'mare!! Half an hour [sometimes a lot more] queue was becoming the norm when we last visited. An internet search for transfers might mean you're not stood around in very hot temps at the start of your hols.
