when I try to watch video clips from BBC or Sky news I get this
Cannot play media. You do not have the correct version of the flash player. Download the correct version .I have installed this but still cant get ti to work .

Do you use more than one browser? I get this error with Internet Explorer but not with Firefox.0

have you got javascript enabled?
for firefox: tools > options > content > tick the box next to enable javascript > ok > reload the page0 -
