in Credit cards
Man I need help!!!!
I recently got out the halifax one card or whatever its called, to transfer my overdraft from my Alliance & Leicster account to it, so I get the 10 months interest free to pay it off. Trouble is, I have absolutely NO idea how to do so. I cant find anywhere on the Halifax site to let me do this, nor the Alliance site. Do I need to ring someone up? I dont have any details like sort code etc as its a credit card, so am proper confused!!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am so confused its unreal!

You can't transfer an overdraft to a Halifax card directly. You'll need to use a 'mule' card such as Egg Money.0

I've got one of them!!!!!!!!! Woohoo!!!!
So what, I transfer the £800+ squids to egg money, then to Halifax? How does that go about?! I cant enter the halifax's card details into egg money as it asks for sort code and account number, but all the card has is the 16 digit card number!0 -

Make the request of Halifax by phone, because Halifax online BT requests from Egg Money are routinely rejected.0 -
Is it a problem though that the Halifax card is 0% interest free for 10 months, and not a BT card? Or does it do the job of both?! Its all well confusing to me, but I'll ring the 'fax and give them a go!0

Okay, here we go again (DUH!)
Firstly, I got charged £27 for transferring £900 to my Halifax card, although it should be fee free for a few months! Confused!
Anyway, I cant seem to get the £900 from my Egg Money account into my current account, or my egg savings account (egg pay) to move it around using my 'address book' from the egg site.
Does anyone have the definitive answer to this? I can move money from my egg pay, but not my egg money (and egg pay has 5p in it!)
HEEEEEEELLLLLPPPPP!!!!!! :mad:0 -

1. Withdraw via an ATM (£500 per day max).
2. Log in, select Egg Money, and then Egg Money admin/transfer a balance/overdraft. Follow the instructions.
3. Ring them and ask for a BACS transfer.
4. Secure message them and ask for a BACS transfer.
Be aware that creating negative balances with any of the above may incur fees and interest.
All the above are detailed in the Egg Money FAQ section...
