    Then of course came Lease Rental which enabled you to buy over a period of time with a five year full repair warranty (Length of the lease) attached.

    I've just been over onto the 'house buyers' threads and read two threads asking - whiny voice - 'should we buy now?' And people are actually saying yes - if it is your dream house and you can afford the mortgage buy it.

    Several people there saying "No, don't!" but not being heard.

    You might as well. Others might be able to form a judgement based on snippets of useful 'opinions', from both sides of the fence.
  • Our TV is a basic, 16 inch model, bought in 1990. Still works fine!
