New Chemical Injected Damp Proof Course

I have had some work done on one of my houses i rent out in Manchester. Long overdue, but i knew all the floor boards and joists downstairs were rotten and the damp proof course which was injected probably about 20 years ago was no good. I got the builders in who are well known in the area for their damp and timber work, and i had used them for general building work a couple of years ago.
Now i am concerned that the DPC has not been done properly. The only signs I can see of it being done is externally along the front of the house (a cavity wall). The rest of the walls are solid.
There is no evidence that it has been done elsewhere
Surely I should be able to see the drill holes every 4 inches along the course of bricks.
I don't know what to do to check that it is done.
I was standing outside with one of the builders (not the DPC man) and i asked when it would be done, and he tried to point out the old plugs from an old DPC and said it was done, then when I said tha they were old, he told me that they inject from the inside on solid walls now, but they had already replastered inside.
This was in the kitchen which has solid floors.
I was told by another one of the builders that in the front rooms (which have suspended timber floor) the course would be below the joists. But this is below ground level so how would this work? (and the new joists and floor boards have now been laid so i cannot check)
What shall I do? Is there anybody i can get in to inspect this? They say the work is done to BS5750. I've only paid them an interim payment of about 30% and would really like to get it checked by someone before i pay them off when they finish.
Please help!!

You should have a DPC certificate. Haven't you got one? Or has building regs changed again?0

Thanks... they haven't finished the work yet. I reckon about another week and they will have done everything (and then ask for the rest of the money too!)
What will the DPC cert show? Who issues them? the builders?0 -

From what I can remember it's from the Damp proofing companies, (they offer the guarantees etc) but I'll check ... if I can0
