So your wife certainly doesn't need to worry about an IPA. On your form you put how much she contributes to household (I'm assuming this won't be 100% of her wages) so hopefully we can get your IPA down.
 Do you have to do the overtime?
 As they are both going BR, it will (should) be a joint I&E in full and hopefully a joint or null IPA. Both will have to put down 100% of their salary, and ensure their BR forms are marked they are going BR together. The OR should view them together.0

            I always thought they had to do individual I&E's.

 On the court forms, technically. But they should also be marked up on the court forms about both going BR, so the OR views them both together. It will make thing easier from the ORs end and ready for their interview if its all the same now. Almost all the partners salary is being spent on houseshold bills anyway, which should all be included on the one I&E0

            Would this be classed as a joint BR , is this possible??0

            Like I said earlier, I'm sure you each have to go BR separately.

 Cars values both under 2000, both cars are vital for work. OT is optional but have worked it for the last 6 months due to stop in January. What do you suggest for car costs?0

            You have to go BR separately and pay separate fees, but as you are both going BR, the OR will view the I&E's as one household - which you are. So putting down wifes contribution - you can't, it has to be all as all her income (and OPs) goes to this household under these circumstances. The I&Es need to be the same in this case.
 Whereas I went BR and OH didn't, so only his contribution needs to go down, not all of it.
 Sorry, don't think I made that clear, did I!0

            That updated I&E is looking better!

 Total = £2510
 Total incoming
 £2150+£420= £2570
 The £420 is all my partners income shes only partime you see
 The £2150 is my basic wage with no overtime and my Pension already taken out is this ok will they look at my wages for the last few months as i have been getting alot more in overtime but as i mention below this is due to stop
 Also the cars are both needed as we both work shifts and no buses are available
 Does this seem relastic do you think i should do mine and my partners separately or together as above anything else which could be changed or removed the cars are both worth less then £2000 one worth £300 and another £1800 also do they take into account anything in your house? Should i stop doing the overtime to get my income down or just explain that my overtime will stop in January? Do you think it would be worth not paying my creditora at all and saving up the money for rent etc? Probably asked all these before but just making sure. Thanks again for your help0

 Well done - its really taking shape. ORs ask for different information from people, mine asked for 3 months wage slips, I've heard they ask for longer for some people. Don't worry your overtime will be on there and there is nothing you can do about that. When you have your interview just explain that it will end in January and if you do end up with an IPA you just have it reassessed in January.
