Hi there,
Barclays have sent me some balance transfer cheques at 0% interest for 6 months which I want to use but you have to put your card details on the back of the cheque in order for it to be processed. I havent got the card details as hubby made me cut them all up so I could spend on them (lol) so I dont have the expiary date to be able to put on the back of the cheque. Does anyone know what I can do as I really want to take advatage of the offer as my abbey card 0% deal has just finished and I need to transfer the balance quickley before I get stung by the interest!

Phone them up and say you've lost/damaged your card and get a new one.0

Right. Btw you can avoid the dreaded 0870 numbers if you ring Card Services on 01604 234234
This is a common occurrence. If you can't trust yourself not to spend, just cut a corner off, but retain the card for future reference. If nothing else, you are going to need the account details to close the card down.People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0 -
I agree with Clio. Ask for a replacement card to be posted to you. Then, once you've received the replacement card, ring Barclays to activate the card AND do the balance transfer over the phone with Barclays.0
