ICICI: Changing personal details??

I must be going daft - I can't find a way of changing my personal details (email address) when logged in to ICICI. Anyone know how to do this?

I've had a look and I don't know how to do it either, although I do know that to change your Password, well, that is under the 'Customise' tab at the top.

Try asking their Customer Services staff how to do it on 080 81 31 41 51 (Free) and then please come back on here and tell us.

Although I don't need to change my personal details, I would really appreciate it if you did so.

Thinking about it, one way to do it, once you've logged in, might be to 'Communicate' (see the tab) with the Account Manager.

I had emailed straight after my OP. Its not under Customise and its not under Profile ('cos you can't changed anything there). But .... it is under 'Service Requests', available from the account summary.

Seems a bit daft to have Password Change under Customise, but not resetting of anything else. Also bit daft not to have 'Amend my profile' or similar under 'Profile'. But then, ICICI doesn't score points generally for its website (IMHO)

I totally agree with you.

Another thing that frustrates me is their inability to recognise that the graphics are almost '50% missing' on most visits to the web site. This also seems to degenerate the font down towards some kind of an 'emergency use only text style'.

From my experience of using the site, it has been like this for several years too.

Does anyone else agree with my comments about missing graphics and changed text?

Enter your details to get to your account then go to service request. A number of options are then available including change of email address. I have used this and found them very good.
