 It is worth knowing that if you have a genuinely faulty item then they can't refuse to give you a refund in the first two days of sale. This is because they have a legal obligation to you. For refunds on 'unwanted' items there is no legal obligation for them to refund. Their normal refund policy is in addition to the law which means they can withdraw it for the first two days of sale0

 Why not tell her to buy you vouchers the use them in the sale!? I request these for every birthday and christmas for my kids from friends and familycause other wise then only end p buying stuff they dont need and they get enough toys and gifts as it is..MFWB

            One more thing!
 I was once told by a really nice sales assistant that if you buy something before the sale and see it go in the sale you can return the one you have and then 'buy it back'. Innocently, we tried this and were flatly told no (in a different store) and the staff looked at us with such disgust!! I was sooooo embarassed!!0
