Good to see that justice was eventually done. But, as usual, the police charged the wrong person - they should have arrested the cowboy thugs working for the clamping company, not the driver who did nothing wrong.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. He still has the headache of having to contest the clamping charge. Which is a civil matter.
Can anyone understand how he got the clamp out of the way? What sort of clamp was that?0
