IMPORTANT INFORMATION. PLEASE READ
All tickets purchased on this site are governed by our terms and conditions. In particular, we draw your attention to the fact that all tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold under any circumstances. Resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. The Event Partner and its affiliates, successors, or assigns may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the Act).
This is a new one; wonder if it will stop people sticking tickets on e-bay for huge profits, or whether it is an 'empty' threat that cannot be enforced?? Somehow can't see SEE cancelling bookings and not refunding - there would be uproar!!
Time will tell!!
We are enforcing this and I think that its great that See are doing this - I know as a ticket buyer I'm sick of touts buying up all the tickets then selling them for four times their face value on ebay.1carminestocky wrote: »Whilst I welcome their stance, how can they cancel those selling unreserved standing tickets? I would imagine the ones who list seated tickets and place the row number and seat numbers in the ad would be easy to catch out, though.
Basically if any of the information they have on ebay matches that given to See tickets, they get cancelled...0 -
Ticketmaster...really hate them. They have no tickets but they link you into a rip off site where they ALLOW fans to get ripped off; over £100 for a standing ticket?0

Amazing, really. They frown on touts (as most decent people should, btw) but then, effectively, indulge in the same practice, albeit by linking to a 'partner site' who I would presume is paying Ticketmaster for the priviledge...Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0 -
ticket master are the scum of the earth for linking to that site. luckily i got my tickets on the day of release but i know many who are going to have to buy through such a site if they are to go to the show.
the worst of it isthat the partner site had tickets for sale at extortionate prices less that 15 minutes after the main ticket master site had sold out.its my money and i love it.....:money:0 -
Yeah, I would kill for an Oasis ticket. Anyone with a spare for Liverpool, please PM me.0

I have not received my tickets yetDon't waste your words I don't need,
Anything from you.
I don't care where you've been or,
What you plan to do.0 -
I was gutted as tickets went on sale the day after I went on my hols and nobody bothered to get any ...
Anyway, I'm gonna take my chance at Liverpool and Sheffield as I've been to loads of Oasis gigs and there's always tickets outside going for next to nothing as there are so many touts.
I've always had a ticket before hand, but people who have travelled with us to some gigs have bought them outside for as little as a fiver.0
