Join the Ferry Travel Club for £6 per year and you get Seafrance Dover Calais crossings for £15 Sun-Fri and £30 Sat. It's a longstanding offer, but the Ts and Cs obviously say they can withdraw it at any time.
Not sure how a Ford transit would affect this though.

I tell you it was quite amazing by thursday before we were travelling P & O telephone saying they could now do it for £40!!! but it was too late we had got a deal with eurotunnel for £49 much better than the £70 we were first quoted!

Thanks a lot for this tip! I went into the link to see what happened and guess what???? We booked a day crossing for 27/12 for £10!! I still do not believe it!!! Crossing on the 22 was quoted at more than £200.... (?)0
