My fiance bought a toothbrush and got points on his advantage card. Now, Boots have recalled that toothbrush. So they sent him a letter telling him to stop using it and to return it!

these things you normally return them to the shop for a refund or if need to send them then phone them or email them asking for a return label..

Well, he has to take it back and then he'll get either a refund or an exchange for a different type.

I bought some swimming type shoes from Boots last year and received a letter from them asking me to stop using them (hadnt actually used them at that time) as they were found to be slippery and therefore dangerous. I took them back to the store and they refunded my money.
