I'm £220 in credit - how do I get this back ?

    Make sure you give them a meter reading too especially if you haven`t capped your fuel. Also you will use more electricity and gas with a new baby!

    I understand that £220 would be very useful at this time, but I would leave as much credit as possible on your account especially given the weather and the fact you are already using your heating. The more you ask for the more they may put your DD up by which may be worse for you in the long term especiall given the recent price increases.

    Popsy, have they reduced or altered your monthly payments in any way?

    I think that you may be better leaving the money with Eon and then when the baby arrives you won't think twice about putting the heating on as the extra you are using will have been pre-paid.

    Please also check that the bill is based upon actual readings and not estimated ones.
