kaspersky rescue disc question.

I have Kaspersky internet security 7.0 installed, and noticed the bit where it said it's a good idea to create a rescue disc. (Something I've not done before.) It said I'd need a PE builder, so I went to BartPE and it saved a load of files to disc. ( I have no idea what!)
Is this my rescue disc, or do I need to go back to the kaspersky rescue disc wizard to do something else? If so, it asks for the installed PE builder folder (which I've found), but I'm not sure what to put in the output folder bit.
Any suggestions (non-techie speak would be appreciated.)
Thanks
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

if the file ends with .ISO, then you will just need to burn it to a CD using imgburn (or other software, eg. nero) and make sure that the computers BIOS is set up to boot from the CD drive and it should boot from the cd

kaspersky have a rescue disk that you can download from their site here. when its downloaded, just burn it to a cd using the method above
