what a lovely pic of the little man. I cant wait til xmas as Jack is gonna be 11months and hopefully will be able to play with toys then. Reading your message there though, you are right about buying too many toys I think sometimes you just get carried away. I will be getting Jack a few things but not loads as it is silly really and I have a huge family who will all buy him things so he will certainly not go without.

anyone tried to get the old No 7 mens GWP with pinki? just read that you cannot get the pink box without the bip, so wonder if it bip on this as well...

Great pic's Scorpio Kitten - made my OH come and look so he doesn't get cross about my little stash .

Popped into small local boots yesterday and got 3 more mags and a reduced No7 summer lip gloss pencil, was £4.50 so free with one of my pinky's nothing else very exciting though.

scorpio kitten - i am so impressed - hope i have a stash like that one day.

for those with very young kids please don't stress about getting them every toy you think they need or want. there are few toys they actually NEED and they will be happy with anything they get - probably more excited about the empty cardboard boxes they can play with :rotfl: . kids don't need one of every character toy from a tv series and older kids also don't have to get everything they ask for, especially as this will make xmas more exciting if they don't know what to expect. i have 2 teenage stepsons and i have seen a home video of the eldest when he was about 1 at xmas and he was just overwhelmed. he was the first granchild and everyone had gone daft - he hardly got time to open the present before it was taken off him and the next one placed in his hands. you can see him looking around for the present he just got. while they are very little just buy a few bits and save your money for when they want lots of 40 quid games:eek:
