And me! 30 in October _pale_  :rotfl:

looks like we are all over the hill :rotfl:

well my shopping trip today made me feel really uncomfortable. I decided to get all the bits n bobs I needed in the one basket and go to the ss tills. The woman was just standing there watching me and I could even see the normal counter staff just sort of staring over as if i was doing something wrong. She said to me oh you are better to go to the normal tills if you have lots of vouchers.

I said oh no its ok as I want to split my shopping into lots of little piles to make the best use of my vouchers and just smiled. I was sweating by the time I left, and the best of it is I was not doing anything wrong, was saving the ss any trouble.

Does anyone else feel like this? Did however return some nappies to other local store to exhange for a bigger size and when she done the refund in two seperate transactions she gave me two more sets of vouchers lol :rotfl: so wasnt complaining. Also in another transaction the till went down on me and just before it did the till said it owed me £0.56 :rotfl: dont know how that happened as i didnt use any more vouchers than products bought so a bit of a strange on and the lady said oh well just take the lot, and dont argue with the till :rotfl: so a good day all round really

sorry i always tell big stories can never seem to shorten them but it is boots related lol

Gals!! There goes the paranoid version of me, but I would advise you against posting your birthdates!! If there are peeps out there, they can get your usernames (who uses this username elsewhere?? or has emails with this username??), your day, month and year of birth. Sometimes our real names. This makes it very easy for identity theft!! Sorry if I'm being paranoid, but sometimes it is easy to lose sight of how easy it is to give away too much.

PS: Remember when passion8 was id'ed in the store?

(missing posters): Speaking of which, where is she? and everyone's favourite SA (AB)? And some of our old female SA that used to help us out some time ago, even before passion's adventure? I don't remember their nicks now :-(

  • Wanted to warn people about wombling till splits at the ss, i got in to trouble today for it by security, they had been watching. I don't want anyone else to get in to trouble, i have been told they are the propertry of boots.

My god you have the worst luck in boots don't ya hun :(

Nevertheless, never in a million years is this gonna deter me from wombling them i'm afraid...each to their own, but cheers for your concern of fellow bootsers.

MRS T, St. Enoch's had a couple of R&M bags today, cream coloured.
Think they were priced at £8 ish, got SA check price, £4.25, but free.
The SA's on the tills at the far end upstairs, were lovely. :D
