  • Just back from a lovely weekend away :j

    LEFT on Part 33 - came back and you're on Part 34 page 53 + going upwards:p

but being a stubborn woman I am making myself read through :)

Pollsdolls I had wondered where you were - am sorry to hear of your health issues. Hope you get some good news soon. All the best x

Someone earlier mentioned JK files and getting 200 points for getting 2 - you're in the right direction but you get 500 points for every 2 JK items :)

My stash has collapsed! I had it in my dressing table, (mostly :o ) came back and 2 drawers have the front coming off :rotfl: and it's all dropping to the drawer below. Then look to the right and I have 6 (maybe more) Boots bags I haven't yet "filed" the contents of  plus the boxes under the bed....

I need a new house. Just haven't told OH yet...

A nice house with um a few acres of land and outbuildings. Thats it!! Outbuildings I can put my Stash in and [STRIKE]admire it daily [/STRIKE] prepare for xmas & birthdays :)

That way the Bootsing is kept away from [STRIKE]prying eyes [/STRIKE] being in our way :p

    From an old trout:

I HATED 30; felt oddly calm about 40, but no-one was allowed to say the next milestone, which is known in this house as the F word.

"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

I'm dreading it......I know it's silly, but part of me wants to remain in my twenties forever!

And mine next May...I think my Mum's more bothered by it now than me...I'm quite chilled out about it now...bring it on I say :rotfl:

Hi all, a friend of mine is suffering from *really* dry, rough hands. Imagine if you had really rough heels, that's what his hands are like on the palms. I suggested he try Body Shop Shea Body Butter, and I'm going to give him the Boots Expert hand lotion that came in the free tins from a few months ago. Any other ideas? It needs to be something that smells neutral -- nothing girly, lol! And I did suggest he could try an overnight balm with gloves, but he's not keen on that, lol.

    Hi Skibster,

My OH had similar thing and I got him Atrixo Regenerating Treatment from Boots of course. I think it cost around £5. He has found it very good. Not too girly looking tube and he hasn't complained about slight scent. Says on it: specially formulated for hands that are exposed to the harmful effects of weather, water and work in the home and garden."

HTH. Sorry if someone else has already posted reply. This is far as I have got in the thread at the moment.
