Oh dear, went to Boots with my lovely new printed mitch vchrs (the ones i thought would work!!) Nope...beep beep beep... OH NO!!!
Anyhow, glad i tried a SA till first!!! Someone mentioned printing from the library... don't they have to be coloured????

One of these days ...i will have fully functionable SS Mitchum vchrs

Will now try printing, the glossy paper option... as someone kindly advised.
Whoever advised the glossy paper option on vista (sorry, can't remember who) do they beep?????

    Thanks all'

It was me! You don't need to print using actual glossy paper - just set the paper options to glossy paper iykwim!!

I have had no beeps yet!!!:j

I have found the secret to this .Leave him standing in front of the digi cameras and camcorders. Then return one hour later with your 10 shops, to find him deep in conversation with s/a about optical zoom, and such like .It has been a godsend.lol:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

First of all, Happy Birthday Hotpot, hope you have had a lovely day :)

    :bdaycake:

Secondly, LOVE the makeup mrsbluebear - despite stocking up on 3 (!) of the Autumn eye palette, I had so far remained indifferent about the eyeliner - doesn't help that I've not found a tester for two of the colours yet.

However, I think I am now converted, and with 3 pinkys burning a hole in Mr BB's wallet...

(You see, Mr BB works just 5 mins walk from Boots...I work in the middle of nowhere, with a 25 min drive to the nearest Boots - hence a lack of Bootsing at lunchtimes for me :D)
You've got me sold on the green eyeliner now ~ I know I can at least get this one in store:p

You should both try it, it is lovely :) But the brush you get is rubbish so I used the R&M i Brush which is free with the pinkie :)

Lol couldn't have put it better myself, I just CANT seem to do eyeliner, bugs the hell out of me. I want pretty eyes........boo hiss! :p

Phew not just me then. Stupid as i have soooo many eyshadows and pretty eyeliners but it just looks really rubbish. So tempted to buy that new NO7 one MBB used but i would be such a waste.. Going into Southampton tommorow to collect my glasses upstairs so might give in to the temptation. I will not be posting my pics of any attempts on here.

Was just wondering how may vouchers you can scan at SS tills in one transaction. As I always need s/a help, to scan more than one, as the till always says done, after the first one?

    Heelllpppppp:eek: Please.

This works for me. After scanning first one and putting it in slot press the no more coupons button and you return to the cash/card/points/coupon screen press coupon again and scan next coupon - keep on going.
    Hope it works for you
  • I went to Canterbury today as previously posted by I couldnt find any Ruby and Millie make up or bags. I have tons of pinkies and vouchers to use up so wondered if anyone knew off the top of their head where the nearest stockist of Ruby and Millie make up is to me - Im in Ramsgate.

Also Mrs Bluebear the eye make up looks goooooooooooooorgeous. I bought the Autumn Pallette today and so wanted the chocolate eyeliner (though I will need tips how to apply). I too have blue eyes and you have now inspired me to try the other colours of the eyeliner too. Looks absolutely fab on you. If I manage to get hold of an eyeliner I will be asking for lots of tips! Eyeliner totally sold out today in Canterbury

Does anyone know????........ Lost/misplaced my card.
Using friends card, at the mo...i have ATM 500pts when you buy No7 skincare, these are in my name from ATM (no more to be got now) can i use these on friends card, before they go out of date?????

Also...does replacement cards arrive fairly quick??????

    Thanks
    Jax xx
You can ask the SA to validate your receipt, I have done this when I 'misplaced' mine ( well left it in the machine and some kindly soul spent some of my points!)..I just explained that I was waiting for my new one to arrive and never had a problem.

hi scarlett - if you are still about - just a quick tip. You were asking about the mitchum coupons earlier - they are really funny about these at the precinct as they say that they are 'photocopies' and point blank refuse. Central 6 are ok tho - the sa even called a supervisor who (rightly!!) said that they are fine and to scan them as usual. Just though this may save you a bit of hassle xx

Thanks deb, much appreciated. I am actually going into town tomorrow to get son's new school shoes and seeing that Clarkes is literally seconds away from Boots it would be rude not to pop in ;)

I'll *try* the vouchers tomorrow in town <gulp> but will head up to central 6 if they refuse me in there.
