hiya, didn't see any MF or 17 vintage GWP when I was in there last Monday - but always worth a look incase they have put some out for the bank hol

Clearance is usually pretty rubbish to be honest. On Monday they didn't have much there - a few no 7 rainbow palettes at £4.25 (free with pinky got one of these!).

Oh and TD was heavily raided - let me know if there is anything left under £5 please as I still have some tillspits to use! thanks!

Back from Woking - still no GWPs to be had for free.
    No rainbow palettes left either.
I'm afraid I didn't see any TD under £5. You should venture to Boots in Kingston - they have loads there.

Lots of H&B mags there plus went to 3 different counters and used a pinky each time to get No 7 eyelash curlers (£6 so paid £1), Ruby & Millie Nail Refine (£5 so free) & R&M i-Brush (also £5 so free). No beeps on any of those. :rotfl:As my mum & dad were with me, I asked them split their shopping into 3 lots to maximise vouchers/splits earned, which they then handed over to me! So not bad in all :T

Mrsbluebear - I like the make up look.

Think I need the Autumn Pallette now!!!:j

I got the eyeliner in chocolate which is good but hate the little brush that comes with it - I cant really hold it!!!

I think I may get the green and purple one too.

can some one explain the choccy button offer please???? also what would be the cheapest way to get the current N7 GWP?? Does anyone have a spare max factor GWP they would like to sell/swap. Missed it due to being at hospital with DD - need to shop......... honestly!!!!! I have withdrawal symptons

Chocolate buttons: Normally 79p a pack at the mo are 2x for 75p. Bargain! Have certainly enjoyed this glitch myself so thanks to OP :T

No7 GWP: Cheapest way is with 2x No7 Tan maintainers (or 4x if your lucky enough to have BOGOF and 1/2 price in your store) and hand over the £5 off No7 voucher. (or both this and pinky - best done at SS)
The till will then qualify you for the GWP as it 'thinks' you have spent the £20 threshold. This way you only pay £5 or FREE if you use both the pinky and £5 SS spit at till.

Hope that's of some help hunni

    xx
  • hello everyone!!!!!!! (sorry, bout the exclaimation marks, sometimes my posts are ignored in the flurry)

Introduced my OH to Bootsing - gave him a couple of Mitchums and 2 vouchers to take the the tills with 30p. He was so scared he grabbed a box of plasters to "disguise" his glitch.

Wasin Kingston Boots today. Plenty of R&M eye palattes left, a make-up bag and bronzer palatte thing. Too bad I dont really do blue/ green eye make-up otherwise I would have grabbed one! Pushed OH to the till again with a TS thermal wrap tub and TS LH shampoo, voucher and told him to buy them if the SA asks for £1.01 p only! He mutely ambled to the till and was soooo scared!!!

    Buys today were:

    TS LH shampoo
    TS thermal conditioning wrap tub
    contact lense solution 7.99
    No7 cellulite serum £5

Gave No7 pinky and TS voucher and paid £9.00 and got new pinky and new till spit. My OH was impressed and even more impressed when I gave him the pinkys for No7 mens stuff.

    Good Bootsing everyone!.

ALthought, I dont show my OH your Bootsing pictures cos it scares him. He thinks I have enough make-up and toiletries......
Lovin Boots and other bargainous places!

Went Bootsing today & a note to all using SS tills LOOK IN THE BINS

Today I had a very patient SA at the SS tills, 1 till even gave up the ghost & I had to move basket to another. Anyway whilst scanning items I spied the bin which had several spits in, you could see the barcodes. I managed to womble 2 but there were plenty more in there & some on the floor too.
I planned to nab those on the floor but she cleared them away, screwed them up & put them in the bin!!!!!! SCANDALOUS.

I was tempted to ask if I could have them ( root through the bin ) but thought that might be overstepping the mark.

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY HOTPOT

Ohh, how I wish we had SS tills here! I can't believe people throw those coupons away, but I might have too a year ago. Now I'd scrounge through the bins shamelessly! Today an SA asked if I wanted my vouchers when I checked out. Are you kidding? I carefully planned my shop to *get* more vouchers! I have seen people turn down their vouchers! Such insanity, lol.
