far as i'm aware you will have to pay all your debts and the costs of the bankruptcy before your actual annulment date, and have complied with the OR - by means of attending for an interview as they also have to write a report to court.
You will need a letter from all your creditors showing that your debts have been settled in full.
The OR's office deal with annulments like this all the time so definatley speak with them. You do not need a solicitor.We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -

I doubt I can pay off all the debt. What I probably can do is not be bankrupt and pay the debt as I am earning now.
So. My annoyance is being bankrupt but paying excatly the same monthly fees, anyone else had the same, whats the point. Lets say I got a salary double of what I was earning I would end up paying more than I was actually paying in the 1st place if them are the rules.
