Hi.
Well the bankruptcy is probably the best thing so far I could have done, possible, not run into too much difficulty yet.
I ama bit miffed tho at the IPA. Basically. I could end up paying exactly what I was paying about 2 months ago due to starting work a getting a decent salary. I find this ridiculous (even tho I written off debt) because I am paying the same, but paid court fees and got bad credit rating..
Anyone have more info on what normally happens or what happens to them.
Also I am looking and have been delving around for things to put on this IPOQ form e.g is £50 a month a month for Mobile allowed e.t.c I want to max this form out as much as I can.
Also. What things do they check, will they want housing contract, mobile phone bills, council tax bills e.t.c
Thanx in advance..

There are no limits/minimums/maximums etc. You can only put down what you spend and the OR may ask for proof of expenditure (they may not of course).
Even if you put down high amounts, the OR will probably come back with a revised list of what he thinks is acceptable and if you argue that, then you WILL have to prove your expenses.
I can understand why you want to max out the I&E, and yes, I am sure that you will get away with upping everything a bit. Going to excess will be a problem though.0 -
If you put down what you actually spend now we can see if you could poss be allowed more. Generally bc allowances are more generous than on any DMP so find it hard to believe you would be paying the same back during bc.The OR does not generally ask for proof, except in rent but if you take the ssip then he may well;) .DFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

What Is BC & DMP
Im bankrupt.
Here are details
450 Rent 70 Ctax 15 Water 15 Elec 15 Gas 100 Parking Work 90 Parking Home 200 Food 40 Mobile 15 Clothing 65 Petrol Work 25 Petrol Personal 55 Car Insurance 152 Student Loan 50 Holiday 10 dental 10 Car Tax 10 tv licence ?? Car Maintenance 8 Hairdressing 1395
When I filed, I had 0 income now after the above I have 700-900 disposable which is 70% they may ask for which comes to say 550. These were more or less the payments I was making before, so I am a bit annoyed to a degree and in principle would have paid off in 5yrs anyway but still had good credit as my rating wasn't bad.
Thanks Again

Oh and
Bc or BR = Bankruptcy/Bankrupt
DMP = Debt Management Plan0 -
Dalip - they will have to allow student loan as its a outgoing you cannot change. You can't chose to pay it and its not included in BR, so has to be acceptable in an I&E.
Cos I would damn well argue it if they said no!0 -
