    I was averaging around 6 months before my 240v 50w halogens blew. The ones that have lasted longest were from Poundland (pack of 3). Didn't think they would last more than a few weeks but they're still going strong after 12 months on. I've not seen any in stock since so I might give Tesco a try.

  • Was in tesco today and their £2 knickers are scanning at £1. They are not reduced on the labels, they just scan lower at the till.

    Perfect stocking fillers for the missus!!

    Still got some Dora the Explorer Trikes on sale at the Bolton Middlebrook Extra store yesterday (about 8 left) - scanning through at £6.23 (used to be priced at approx £39) - Fantastic bargain......
