Replacement boiler, is this fair

Options
I have just received a quote to replace my old boiler and re-site in the utility room.
To drain the heating system remove old boiler complete with flue, roof tanks cylinder, auxiliary parts and redundant pipe work and dispose. Make good flue opening with similar brick. Supply and fit a Worcester Greenstar 28i Junior Combi boiler complete with flue through roof with a terminal and lead weathering slate. Connect the boiler to existing hot and cold and heating pipes. Run a suitably sized gas pipe form the meter. Refill and add an approved chemical inhibitor. Test, balance, commission and to leave in working order. £3,107.88. Not sure if this is a fair price.
Thanks

Good afternoon: If your mains flow/pressure is suitable, you understood the pros/ cons of combis and you had only one bathroom my OH would recommend a Vaillant or Viessmann (5 year parts&labour warranty/10 years on the stainless steel heat exchanger on latter) combi rather than WB's entry level combi (with an aluminium heat exchanger): the specific model would be dependent on your requirements. He would also include a powerflush, a scale inhibitor, 'Boiler Buddy', a wireless programmable roomstat, lagging of hot pipes, Building Regs notification of the installation and recommend TRVs on the rads. His quote would be less than £3000.00 here in the southeast/Greater London

Get more quotes and ask for a better boiler in the specification. Check the CORGIs registration here

I had a WB 30CDi under similar circumstances, plus power flush and TRV's on all rads... just under £2,500, incl VAT. £3.1k seems a bit steep.
