Fund-raising short story competition - help please

I have organised a short story comp to raise funds and awareness , its going ok but i would like to post on the MSE competition forum BUT there is an enty fee and I think the rules are free entry only
I did post a request for help on the comp forum but no response and time is ticking to the closing date
if anybody can help, i'd be most grateful
