Printer Choice Help

Options
I need to buy a new printer and want to get a laser printer that will print/copy/scan. I have chosen 2 from Brother - DCP-7010L and DCP-7030.

The DCP-7030 is a newer model and almost twice the price of the DCP-7010L but they seem to do the same things.

I have a Desktop with Windows XP SP3 and a Laptop with Vista Ultimate. The DCP-7010L doesn't have the Drivers for Vista but I can download these from Brother's website.

My questions are, which model should I choose and if it is the DCP-7010L do I download the Drivers for Vista to the Laptop or the Desktop? Sorry, I am not techy enough to know the answer to the last part of the question.

Thanks for any help you can give me.
