Grr at citylink

Was due to have a parcel delivered yesterday which we didnt know the day as it was anything between 2-5 days..df checked online last night and the order said despatched and failed delivery so it has gone back to the depot..about 25 miles away..i have just rung and they said i wasn't there to which i agreed BUT there was no card left and if df hadn't checked we would have never known thay had been..they then said actually they just couldn't find the house as it isn't on the map so they never delivered (new build) to which i said it wouldn't be but that was no reason not to contact me as they have numbers for us on their system. he is hoping it may come out today if not monday..i am annoyed that i may wait in again today till 8pm to find they just could not locate the house again and not show..
is there anything we can do?

I dont think there is to be honest except try not to use citylink again,

It wont be out Monday as its a Bank Holiday and there are no deliveries.

Hope you get it today

complain to the firm who you bought it from.

Last time city link did this to us we got the delivery charge refunded

Thanks guys..well we were awaiting 2 parcels and 2 delivery lorries turned up at once! only one was city link and apologised as the driver the day before had decided he was quitting and just left the lorry so no deliveries! great hey..
Df's phone arrived 3 days late due them going to the worng house 3 days in a row until the lady in the other house told him he was on the wrong rd and he found us..very apologetic but still useless!
