Hi all,
Since last night I have been unable to log in to ICICI, either via First Direct, or directly with ICICI.
I can get my username and password in, then I go to the next screen which is now mostly white but has the ICICI logo top right. Except no text or account info appears and at the lower left of Internet Explorer it says 'Done'. I tried last night and then again this morning but no luck.
I have tried clearing temporary internet files, but in the 2 years I have been with ICICI this has never happened - wondered if it was happening to anyone else

Same thing is happening to me, I log in and I get a blank screen with just the logo in the top left corner. I must admit I'm getting pretty frustrated with ICICI at the moment!"Put the kettle on Turkish, lets have a nice cup of tea.....no sugars for me.....I'm sweet enough"0 -
Thanks Casperlarue - I wondered why there were no posts on here about it maybe it's a recent thing... I am hoping it will be fixed by tonight as this is crazy. Never had any issues with them until now.MFW #185

Yes same for me at 09:00 today, why couldn`t they post a message saying "Sorry we`ll be back in 5 hours"
Rubbish Customer Sevice
Took 2 Direct Debits in early July instead of just 1 causing me to go overdrawn
Eventually refunded my bank charges after I complained 7 times with no real "Sorry" but it took persistence on my part, it turned out the guy who rang me from ICICI admitted he had 20 other duplicate DD to investigate for that day in July !

Same thing is happening to me. Contacted icici yesterday, and they told me to try another computer, insisted the problem wasn't with their site!!
As I'd already logged in to other bank and catalogue accounts that day, I was fairly certain the problem was with their site, but they don't seem aware, so very poor service.0 -
Me too. There was another thread on ICICI issues on here about a week ago when there was also a logon problem and a message came up saying something about essential mainatenance.0

I can get back on the site. Their staff don't seem to know what's going on, they emailed me earlier telling me how to log on....??!! and ask that I try another computer!

Successful login can be achieved by having a compatible Internet browser. This must have a 128-bit encryption installed.
We currently support the following Internet browsers:
1) PC Netscape Communicator 6.2.1 and 7.1, Internet Explorer 5.5 and above
2) MAC Netscape Communicator 6.2.1 and 7.1, Internet Explorer 5.1 and 5.2.
Please follow these steps to access your account:
1) Login to [URL="mip://04578338/www.icicibank.co.uk"]www.icicibank.co.uk[/URL]
2) Click on the login option on the right hand corner.
3) Key in your 9 digit login-ID (Please ensure that there are no spaces in the front/back or between the numbers).
4) Kindly enter the 6 digit password (without any alphabets or special characters in between).
5) Please click on the 'Submit' button.
That just infuriates me, wasting peoples time, when they're at fault!0
