To add to the good vibes, my boss was home form his holidays so I sent him a text and told him I'm pregnant and he was like "oh brilliant, if you want a scan, we'll do it in outpatients and if you have any problems phone me day or night".

have to say I generally feel tired today. One of my contact lenses has felt gritty since I put it in and it's given me a headache and made me feel tense.
I was supposed to be going to a party tonight literally a couple of streets away for a couple at work who are celebrating their anniversary but I'm too tired. I feel guilty for not going, but to be honest, I'm not sure there would be anyone there I know - I haven't heard anyone else mention they have been invited (doubly guilty now!)

Why don't you take a nap, have a shower, change your lenses and see how you feel? Even if you only go for 30 minutes? There could be a stranger there who could change your life. I've also got nothing to wear Lucifa - other than my work clothes they see me in week in week out!!
